What we collect and why

Enquiries and bookings. Name, email, phone, language, dates and number of participants, message: we use them to answer you, confirm visits, tastings, stays and tables and send the related communications (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Shop orders. Billing and delivery details, items, amounts and payment status: we use them to fulfil the order, issue fiscal documents, ship and handle returns and refunds (performance of a contract and legal obligations). Payment takes place on Stripe's secure pages: card data never reaches our servers.

Newsletter and Wine Club. Only with your consent, confirmed through the link we send you (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe from any message or by writing to us; we keep proof of consent.

Customer area. Access is through a one-time link sent to your email, without a password; we log the date and a protected form of the IP address for the security of the service.

Browsing. The site uses only technical cookies and security logs; analytics and marketing cookies are activated only if you accept them in the cookie bar. Details in the cookie policy.

For how long

Enquiries and bookings: up to two years after the last contact. Orders and fiscal documents: ten years, as the law requires. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Security logs: twelve months.

Who receives them

Our hosting and email provider, Stripe for payments, couriers for deliveries, our accountant for fiscal documents: each appointed as processor or acting as independent controller according to its role. No data is sold. Transfers outside the European Union, where they occur (for example Stripe), rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent: write to us and we reply within thirty days. From the customer area you can request the export or deletion of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante).

Minors

The site sells alcoholic beverages: purchases are reserved for adults, and we ask you to confirm this at checkout.
