Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases in the online shop of Fattoria Casa Sola, Strada di Cortine 5, 50028 Barberino Tavarnelle (FI), Italy, and the bookings of visits, tastings and stays made through the site. By sending an order or a booking you accept them.

Age and recipients

We sell alcoholic beverages: purchases are reserved for those of legal drinking age in the country of delivery, which you confirm at checkout. The courier may ask for an identity document on delivery.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, including Italian VAT; for other destinations the checkout total includes the applicable taxes and excise where stated, or a notice that local duties and taxes will be payable by you on delivery (Switzerland, United Kingdom and countries outside the European Union). Payment is by card through Stripe; the order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. For "by quote" destinations we send costs and a payment link within two working days, without obligation.

Shipping and delivery

We ship by insured express courier, in shock-proof packaging, normally within two working days of confirmation; indicative delivery times are 1-3 days in Italy and 3-7 in Europe. Minimum and maximum quantities per country are shown at checkout. If the parcel arrives damaged, report it to the courier and write to us within 48 hours with a photo: we replace the bottles or refund.

Right of withdrawal

For distance purchases you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, by writing to us; the bottles must come back intact and sealed, at your expense, and we refund within 14 days of receipt. Withdrawal does not apply to personalised products and to opened ones.

Bookings

Visits and tastings are booked on the site and confirmed by us; where a payment is required, deposit and cancellation conditions are stated on the experience page and in the confirmation. In case of bad weather or impediments on our side we offer a new date or a full refund.

Warranties and liability

The legal warranty of conformity applies. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs, nor for improper use of the products. The site and its contents belong to Fattoria Casa Sola and may not be reproduced without permission.

Law and disputes

Italian law applies. For consumers, the jurisdiction of the court of residence and the possibility of using the European online dispute resolution platform remain unaffected. Terms updated on 27 October 2026.
