Tour and tasting with snack
Vineyards, olive grove and cellar. Then three wines with cured meats, pecorino, bread and oil; Vin Santo and cantucci to finish.
We start with a walk through the vineyards and the olive grove, where we tell how we grow and how Chianti became what it is. In the cellar we see fermentation and ageing in the different casks. We finish with a guided tasting of three wines, Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva and Montarsiccio, plus Vin Santo, with a Tuscan snack: prosciutto, salami, pecorino, bread with our extra virgin olive oil and balsamic dressing, cantucci. Tours at 10:30, 15:30 and 17:00 (no 17:00 tour in winter). Reduced price for non-drinkers and for children under 12; please tell us about allergies and intolerances in advance.
